Shipping Policy

Shipping & Processing charges include processing and packing your order. All products ship Monday through Friday. If your order falls on U.S. holiday, shipping will be done the next business day. Shipping & Processing charges are calculated according to these charts below.

Order Total:

up to $15.00 = $6.95

$15.01 to $30.00 = $9.95

$30.01 to $50.00 = $12.95

$50.01 to $75.00 = $16.95

$75.01 to $100.00 = $19.95

$100.01 to $150.00 = $22.95

$150.01 to $200.00 = $26.95

$200.01 to $250.00 = $29.95

$250.01 & up = $39.95

Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship products outside of the United States.

Please note that the majority of our shipments are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Refund Policy

We sincerely hope that you love everything you order from us and your happiness is our #1 priority. If you purchase anything from us that you don’t absolutely love or is damaged, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly either:

  • > Refund your merchandise amount,
  • > Credit your account, or
  • > Send a replacement.

We cannot accept returns more than 14 days after you’ve received it.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You can check the status of your order in My Account, and change or Cancel it if it has not shipped yet.

For Returns, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging if applicable. There are no returns on food products, personal products, or intimate apparel.

To return your order, email shop@socksplusclub.com and we will begin processing your return. You will receive a return label. Once we have the returned item, we will email you to let you know and whether or not we approve or reject your refund. If approved, the money paid will be credited back to your original payment method. All return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

When returning an item:

  • Use the original packaging and pack it securely. Please adequately insure your item in case you need to make a claim with the carrier you choose for returning your item.
  • Include a copy of your original packing slip and reason for the return. We recommend that you keep the receipt and packing slip for at least two (2) weeks.

For Exchanges, if approved, a new item will be shipped to you.
